Superior Land Preservation Society (SLPS) is an all-volunteer organization devoted to land preservation and protection in Superior Township, Michigan.

Surrounded by development in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Plymouth, and Canton, Superior Township has managed to maintain a uniquely rural character through the concentrated efforts of the local government and a number of sympathetic organizations.

The mission of SLPS is to help facilitate protection of open space within Superior Township.  As SLPS Chair, Marion Morris states, "We will collaborate with all partners - the Township, the County, the Ann Arbor Greenbelt, the State of Michigan, and any other public or private groups and individuals - to pursue our vision of a Superior Township with permanent open space, a rural character, farmlands, wetlands, and dark skies."
