Superior Land Preservation Society (SLPS) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization, devoted to land preservation and protection in Superior Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan

Superior Township has managed to maintain a uniquely rural character through the concentrated efforts of our local government and a number of sympathetic organizations and people.

The mission of SLPS is to help facilitate the protection of open space within Superior Township.  We will collaborate with the Township, the County, the Ann Arbor Greenbelt, the State of Michigan, and any other public or private groups and individuals to pursue our vision of Superior Township with permanent open space, a rural character, farmlands, wetlands, and dark skies."
